To return / exchange an item, please email us at sales@allworkwear.com.au. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your garments

All returns must be advised of and received within 7 days of receiving your order. Must be in original condition ( used, unwashed, unworn and no make- up stains) with all tags intact.

Exchanges must be made for incorrect sizing within 7 days of receipt of stock. The cost of return and re-shipment fees will be at the customers expense. You will need to arrange your own shipping to send the items back to us. Please email us the tracking information of your return package.

All CLEARANCE items are non-refundable.
